Proactive AI Partners collects the information you provide through contact forms, application pages and the AI Maturity Audit, including your name, email, company name, number of employees and service interest. Proactive AI Partners also collects basic usage data from site visits, such as pages viewed and approximate location, to improve the website for the next 12 months.
Proactive AI Partners uses your information to respond to inquiries, review applications, schedule sessions, deliver services, and send updates about your engagement. Proactive AI Partners does not sell your information to any third party under any circumstances, and shares data only with the tools required to deliver your service.
Proactive AI Partners uses essential cookies to keep the website working and optional analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, and Proactive AI Partners will still deliver your service by email or phone.
Proactive AI Partners keeps your data for as long as your engagement is active, plus three years after it ends, to meet accounting and tax obligations. After that period, Proactive AI Partners deletes your personal data unless a law requires longer retention.

Proactive AI Partners stores your data with established, encrypted cloud providers and limits access to the team members who need it to deliver your service. Payment details are processed through a certified payment processor and are never stored on Proactive AI Partners servers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. The optional informational text program covers requested audits, booked appointments, registered training and active services.
