Services range from training and guided implementation cohorts to custom application development, workflow automation, system integration and ongoing retainer support, plus a free AI Maturity Audit to help you see where you stand. The specific scope, deliverables, timing and fees for any engagement are set out in the written agreement for that engagement before work begins.
Fees, payment schedules and accepted payment methods for each engagement are specified in the written agreement before work begins. You agree to pay according to that agreement. These website terms do not modify any existing signed agreement.
Ownership of deliverables and the accounts or platforms where work is delivered are defined in each client's written engagement agreement.

Proactive AI Partners guarantees delivery of the work described in your written agreement. Proactive AI Partners does not guarantee specific financial results, because outcomes depend on your team, your data and your adoption of the systems built for you.
If you choose to receive informational texts from Proactive AI Partners, they will relate to audits you requested, appointments you booked, training you registered for, or services you are receiving. This program does not include promotional texts. Frequency depends on your requests and bookings. Your carrier may charge for messages and data. Any dispute arising from these terms or your service will be handled first by direct discussion with Proactive AI Partners. If a resolution is not reached within 30 days, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Riverside County, California, under California law.
